From Simple Quantum to Nature's Math for Healthy Areas

This is Nature's Math. Our planet as a Mobius Math System. The "Impossible" Geometry...

In my systemic design work in the Netherlands, I encounter many misconceptions about systems. What are systems? Well, you do have technical systems, biological systems, a planet who spins with 1000 km per hour trough a universe.

And when we watch the sunrise, in fact we are falling, falling falling...

Oelala! What a rollercoaster life is!

Still, systems change is not so difficult when you are a dynamic designer. Because in every design you have footholds. Things that are always biologically, dynamically true. And you can analyze those things, intervene a little here and there, and voila, it has become 80% better.

Let's have a look at some truths:

  • healthy design is local design, embracing all people and their environments

  • human health is related to environmental health

  • hospitals are a cost for society

  • Soooooooooo +++++ Prevention is Hugely Important!

It's also moneywise silly not to invest in environmental health.

But what is environmental health? Pfew, now it gets a little complicated and a tiny bit technical. But let me explain simply. Our planet is a Mobius Math System.

What is a Mobius Math System. Look it up if you want to know deeper. It has no inside or outside. It's not polarized. All=1. Literally All=1. One volume. One weight. One big bucket full of thingies. All floating in informed space. The collective memory of all that happened in the past 5 billion years In our planet. Gaia is a neural network. And if things die, they just take another form. And the planet keeps spinning with 1000 km per hour through the universe.

Same course. Kind of... And stars are old light...

Living Systems Verses Mechanical Systems

Note in my title versEs, instead of versus, and read Neal Stephenson's 1992 novel Snow Crash in which he coined the term Metaverse.

Now, how come living systems are different than mechanical systems? Mechanical systems have a membrane in between parts. Compare a factory and a forest. A factory has piping. Inside and outside. A forest doesn't have membranes. Every little tiny element in it is in constant interaction with everything else.

Compare a lake that insects skate on. Or should I say "skate IN"? Their tiny body is IN gas, their feet are IN water, their soul is hidden IN solids that just move slower than the others. And everything is fast-moving plasma.

4 phases. solid, liquid, gas, plasma. Can I say everything "is just pressure difference"? It's "leaning" into each other? And if you want to calculate a bit with all of that, make algorithms and more, you need to use Mobius Math Systems with 1 edge and 1 side. Not polarized.

The whole thing together can take amazing shapes. ALL elements and waves are glued together with magnetism and it all folds back into the system. Mobius Math was the basis of this old gravure made by Dutch designer M.C. Escher who lived from 1898-1972.

The fun now starts with computers and is fastening up since the 1980s. At the top, I put the Mobius Math Systems. The left one is a lens on a system (including ALL you put in the scope), looping everything back into the system. The middle picture is a Mobius Math System too. Algorithms. And the right part is the road to infinity.

The Escher-ants can walk forever. Many scientists are very confused right now about quantum and Mobius Math Systems...

If you want to check out the dynamics, just go to YouTube and find that the M.C. Escher ants can walk forever on a Mobius Strip that is NOT 2 sides but just 1. Nature's Math. Biomimetics.

Hmmm???? If I tell this in one of our courses, people look a bit flabbergasted and I hear them thinking: "she's making it more complicated instead of less complex."

WTF? What's she talking about? Infinity? Abundance? Mobius Math Systems? Brrrrrrr.....

But well, look it up! Be a bit more interested in why what and how we were born as a human species on this mesmerizing planet with collective memory and you will see that I'm right. We just don't FEEL the fast spinning, but our heads go mathematically a bit faster than our feet.

Simple Complexity

So now, let's do now the SIMPLE Complexity. You are local in an area. Forget the spinning for a little while. Think of your area as a living, breathing home. And there's pollution in your home. People get ill, there's scarcity of housing, there's all kinds of complex flows.

Simple Complexity ~ People, Places, Policy and Businesses. Life Radius is Local.
Simple Complexity ~ People, Places, Policy and Businesses. Life Radius is Local.

So, what do you do first? Mobius math always looks at what's NOT there. And it uses everything that IS there. TIME 24/7, SPACE 100%, PLACE here. We start to see opportunities to monetize stranded assets (solid money instead of liquid money), to make buildings multifunctional like trees are, to design modular designs. To loop energy back into your system.

However, it's important to not go too broad. Make it autonomous. Make a boundary! America First is really fine but design the system in such a way that you STOP the time for a bit during transition. Keep everyone in with free will and keep everyone also out for a bit. Transition and thriving needs stability. Not war.

And then start making abundant biobased resources INSIDE your system. Abundant nature! Farming! Activating soil. Activating water. Biodiversity methods.

  1. Make a GAP analysis. You compare your local water with healthy mineral water. GAP. You compare the number of jobs with the number of people needing jobs. GAP. You compare the education levels needed for future growth of the innovative companies. GAP. You do a bit of research into what local young people want in your area. GAP. You compare the available quality, size, and quantity of houses with the families who need houses. GAP. etc. etc.

  2. You have a vision for your area. Healthy! Go 80/20 Pareto rule. 20% interventions for 80% healthier. You can enrich this vision by holding some great triple helix brainstorms. Government, businesses, and education together. I always make sure there are some young ones present. 13-15 year old with very outspoken views. You will definitely get the situation that professionals talk about "keeping young people in the area" and are not imaginative at all. They come with old-fashioned ideas. The young ones can then shout: "boooooooooring! I won't stay for that!" Young shouts loosen up brainstorm big time! Make sure you embrace celebrations, fun, parties for the milestones! Make it count. Make people proud of their progress!

  3. Wild Solutions. You get imaginative and make a big list, cloud, map, drawing, whatever of all kinds of wild and not so wild solutions to important health problems:

    1. microplastics - 1 root cause is water-washing of synthetic clothes

      1. not so wild idea: make the fibers biobased or regenerative with enzymes

      2. dynamic wild idea: replace all water washing machines with soundwave machines. Everything on our planet is frequency and vibration. We can use that to solve important stuff. The tech is already there for ages and can be found in Schiedam, The Netherlands. But most probably also in many other places. In our planet, in some weird way, ideas pop up at the same time in different places. Synchronicity.

Conclusion

The sky is the limit when you start looking at dynamics, flows and volumes. We call the method rather simply TIME | SPACE | PLACE and as you will have seen on our social media with 100,000+ followers, we also do super simple things with it for healthy ecology in a growth economy. Fill a bit of time and space and you will Design like Gaia. Nothing is empty in our planet. Or is everything empty? Are we particles or waves?

That you might read in our regenerative science fiction. First stories and books in the making.

Oelala... the adventurous rollercoaster...

Warm regards, Desiree.
