Dear colleague, dear friend, You are stuck with something in your work, your life at work, or your systemic sustainable health innovation. You call me. In this 15 min intake, you give me your context and we make a plan of a few coaching sessions to get you unstuck. Just a few sessions, no dependence. I can explain, I can give you physical exercises (mind works via body) and you will be unstuck in no time. No therapy. Just advice and exercises.
